We here at rochestermma.com would like to wish two of our fighters, Edguardo Pabon and Jarrett McBride best of luck in this weekends tournament in Orlando, Florida.

World Gym MMA and Rochestermma.com would like to thank Rene Nazare for his very informative and great Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar this past Saturday at World Gym on East Ave.  We hope that all participants enjoyed themselves as well as we hope to have Rene back real soon!

We would like to introduce our newest coach to our MMA Program…..
Mike “The Myth” Winters!

Mike is a professional MMA fighter from Team Bombsquad with a professional MMA record of 4-1. He is a veteran of the eastern MMA regional circuit as well as national promotions M-1 Global and Bellator Fighting Championships.

Mike has trained with many up and coming fighters and established MMA veterans and champions, such as Christian Morecraft, John Franchi, Pat Bennett, Casey Lamb, Collin Schrader, next season Bellator lightweight tournament participant Rene Nazare and current UFC Light heavyweight Champion Jonny “Bones” Jones.

Mike will be conducting MMA classes, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:30 pm. Come check it out!
